Lowering sugar
We listen to our consumers and have been working for years to lower sugar levels in our cereals advertised to children under age 12.*
- Since 2007, we’ve lowered sugar levels in our kid cereals by more than 14 percent, on average.
- In 2009, we strengthened our commitment by pledging to reduce all of our cereals advertised to children under 12 to single-digit grams of sugar er serving. And we’ve made progress.
- Today, all of our Big G kid cereals are at 10 grams of sugar or less per serving. And we’ve reduced sugar in many of our other cereals as well.
