Juliana L. Chugg

Julianna Chugg leads General Mills’ Frozen Foods division where she is responsible for the profitable growth of iconic brands including Green Giant, Pillsbury and Totino’s.

She assumed the role in 2014.

Previously president of the Meals division, Chugg was responsible for overseeing business operations of five convenient meal categories: Hamburger Helper, Wanchai Ferry and Macaroni Grill dinner mixes, Old El Paso Mexican products, Progresso soups and ingredients, Green Giant vegetables, and Betty Crocker side dishes.

In May 2006 Chugg was promoted to senior vice president, president of Pillsbury USA, a $2 billion division. She was responsible for the oversight of Pillsbury and Totino’s brands. 

In August 2004, she became president of the Baking division, which included responsibility for the heritage Betty Crocker and Gold Medal brands. 

Chugg joined General Mills Australia in 1996 as marketing director.

In July 1999, she was appointed vice president/managing director of General Mills Australasia. In this role, she was responsible for oversight of the Australian and New Zealand operations.
