Colleges have a habit of producing strong leaders - bright people who make
General Mills a successful company. We start visiting schools at the start of
each school year in search of talented, dedicated individuals who can
contribute to the success of General Mills. Are you one of those people? If so,
take a look at the variety of career opportunities we have to offer, and check
us out at one of our campus events. We are a great place to start and a
great place to stay.
Where Can You Find Us?
-
Check our Campus Events
page to see if there are any events on your campus.
-
Alternatively, check with your Career Services office to see what events we
have scheduled at your school.
-
If nothing is scheduled at your school, check to see if we are participating in
any career fairs or conferences in your area.
-
In general, campus visits take place in early fall for full-time jobs and
during the winter for our internship program.
If We're Visiting Your Campus
-
Be sure to attend our presentations.
-
Presentations are great opportunities to network with current General Mills
employees. They may be working in the position that you might fill.
-
At campus job fairs, there are usually plenty of General Mills employees in the
booth to answer any and all questions you may have. It is also another
excellent networking opportunity for you.
-
Don't forget to bring your resume. Also, find out when we're coming back to
campus for interviews.
-
And finally, remember to grab some free product! We're a food company, with
lots of food that's perfect for "starving" college students.
